Methodology

Triam systems follows following engagement models.



Fixed Time/Fixed Price

When the project and scope of work is defined so as to estimate the efforts required TRIAM SYSTEM work with clients of fixed time/fixed Price basis. Price is agreed with clients on defined deliverables and timeliness. This engagement model helps the client and Triam Systems to work on a schedule and optimize the resources.



Time and Material

Typical in an ongoing project and support, the scope of work is not defined and it keeps coming up on need basis from time to time. Triam Systems enters into contract with customers for bundle of 100 or for hourly rate 200 or 300-hour support plan. The contract and commercials are finalized one. Jobs are carried out between customers & Triam Systems by technical teams by generating tickets. As when contract comes to close a new contract is signed.



Offshore Development and Support Centre

This is dedicated centre set up for customer needs We have set up and operated dedicated developmental support centre for our international clients. It works as extended office or remote located office of customer with 100% transparency and Systems back up with customer. A joint team monitors and executes the operation on day to day basis.
